TIPS - History Committee's Mission
The history committee's purpose is to establish and maintain a system for collecting, preserving, and storing selected records critical to the institutional memory and successful operation of the section and to develop a practical means to locate and retrieve those records.
The Committee's objective is to determine what practical, educational, instructional or public relations use can be made of these records from the TIPS Sections past and, when called upon, to provide historical perspective to the TIPS Section leadership in its decisions and planning.
